Who Is Michelle?

I’m a mum and a wife with a big passion for helping people become the best version of themselves. I believe every person is so much more than the labels they’ve been given and I’m dedicated to educating others on how to build mentally safe, supportive communities where everyone feels seen and valued.

When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me sipping an oat milk flat white in the morning sun, enjoying a quiet hobby that fills my cup, or spending time with my family making memories.

My counselling journey began after countless conversations with families in the community who were navigating challenges and feeling let down by the support systems around them. The turning point came the day I heard a young person on the radio bravely expressing how unsupported he felt while coming out. His school, student services, chaplain and Psych team could not provide the support this young person needed. That moment sparked a deep pursuit to find a path where I could make a real difference. I wanted to create a safe, honest, comforting space for anyone who needed it, regardless of their background or story.

Since then, I’ve gained valuable experience supporting young people, individuals of any ability and facilitating both small and large groups.

My focus is always on empowering people, strengthening their emotional skills and helping them step into who they truly are with confidence and empathy.

I believe

  • Everyone deserves a safe space to talk about their challenges

  • Healing is holistic & not just about treating symptoms

  • People thrive with gentle guidance, not pressure

  • Mental health affects all of us, whether we admit it or not
